Water Wars: Responsibility in the Age of Globalization
Lesson Description:
Objectives:
Students will review/learn the basic vocabulary required to discuss some of the causes of water scarcity, as well as some of the possible solutions.
Students will use the issue of water to delve into a discussion of corporations, government, individual consumers, and responsibility in the era of globalization.
Students will be asked to consider their own motivations and participation in consumerism.
