Become a National Grid Spotlight School!
If you haven't started yet, but want to become a National Grid Spotlight School, get started with free lessons, activities, audits and more through the Green Energy Challenge, or select from five other sustainability themes that come loaded with preset grade specific lessons, activities, recommended readings, and much more!
The winning school (one for MA one for RI, one for upstate NY and a winner for downstate NY) will win $250 for their school project and potentially have National Grid volunteers come to your school to help out with your project. Winners will be featured in a regional press campaign and on GEF's website.
This special initiative is available to K-12 schools in National Grid service regions in New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island only.
